The Only Exception

I'm just sitting here, listening to Pandora on my phone, and cruising the internet, when "The Only Exception" by Paramore comes on (hence the title of this post). I'm not sure why, but this song always makes me want to cry. Strange right? Maybe its just because of the stress lately. Matthews schooling, not seeing him much,  bills being really tight, having to have Sydney (our doggy) live with our in-laws an hour away because of her anxiety, my constant pain in my stomach and horrible burning. Its just been a lot lately. Its hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when all you feel is that everything is weighing you down. But.....I am choosing to be positive. Life is great otherwise! The weather here in AZ is fantastic this time of year. I can't wait for our wedding in two years: February in AZ is just wonderful. My job is going great. Getting more responsibility and loving it. Matthew is all mine, what more could I ask for? :) Just happy to know that I have so many friends and family around supporting us, and always being there. So many people in our life lately have allowed us to lean on them and cry on their shoulder (mostly me doing the crying) when needed. We are so thankful for everything we have, and everything we have been given.

I'm starting to cook so much more! I am trying at least one or two new recipes a week! Thank you pinterest :) That site is absolutely amazing. I don't know what I would do without. Honestly. It has kind of become an addiction.

Reading more and more. I have been re-reading the Sookie Stackhouse series over again. It was great the first time, even better the second!

Matthew is selling his car!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I loved his Integra. He is so intelligent and so talented when it comes to building cars, and he put A LOT of work into that one. BUT. That being said. It was a pain in the behind. Always something going wrong for him to fix. For sure a "project car". So, someone is looking at it tonight to purchase, and he was able to buy a different car early last week. A very simple Infinity I30, NO WORK TO BE DONE. Just a get in and GO car. Simple. Easy. LOVE IT. Lets see how long the no projects last though. We all know how Matthew needs his projects :)

Well, not a very interesting post. But fun, nonetheless. Later gators.
